ADVICES:

• When you wash your hands , take the time to wash your glasses/frame too.  Use warm water with hand soap, rinse with clear water and dry them with a regular towel
• For contact lens users: wash your hands with regular soap PRIOR putting lenses in your eyes AND remove them.  DO NOT wear your lenses when you dont fell well and keep a reserve frame/glasses available
